EA SPORTS FC 27 Is Now Available Worldwide

EA SPORTS FC 27 is officially available worldwide, introducing The Grounds, a new social football playground, alongside updates to Career Mode, Football Ultimate Team, gameplay, and more.

The latest entry in EA’s football series is designed to offer new ways for players to compete and connect, while also introducing more accessible options for newcomers.

The Grounds Brings Social Football to FC 27

One of the biggest additions in EA SPORTS FC 27 is The Grounds, a new social football space where players can take part in Kickabouts, 1v1 matches, and other activities.

Players can also team up with friends through Clubs, work with football mentors, improve their skills, and customize their experience both on and off the pitch.

The Grounds, including Clubs, is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Career Mode Gets Major Changes

Career Mode introduces a rebuilt Transfer Market featuring active club bidding and player values supported by TransferRoom.

Players can also use new negotiation options, including performance and buy-back clauses. Dynamic OVRs have also been introduced, allowing player form, morale, and fitness to affect ratings across clubs.

Another addition is the ability to create and share custom scenarios through a standalone web portal. Players can also discover Manager Live Creator Challenges created by the community or curated for the new season.

Football Ultimate Team Updates

Football Ultimate Team introduces the new FUT Gallery, allowing players to collect and organize Sets featuring Player Items from the past and present.

Players can increase their Gallery Level to unlock rewards while building their club identity throughout the season.

The mode also adds Holographic variants, Hall of FUT Player Items, streamlined Squad Building Challenges, and new Single Player Live Events.

Gameplay Improvements

FC 27 also brings several gameplay changes focused on control and responsiveness.

The latest update includes dynamic corners, improved attacking awareness, and player-focused defending designed specifically for competitive play. EA says the changes were also shaped by feedback from the FC community.

FC 27 Lite Is Available for Free

EA is also introducing EA SPORTS FC 27 Lite, a free-to-download version designed as a streamlined introduction to the game.
