Crimson Desert PC Requirements and Console Specs Revealed

Crimson Desert is shaping up to be one of the best-looking games of March 2026. Set in the dangerous land of Pywel, you’ll face off against monsters and bandits in a massive, beautiful world.

Developer Pearl Abyss just shared the specs for their new BlackSpace Engine, so here is what you need to know to get your system ready:

PC Requirements

The game is fairly easy to run if you just want a standard 1080p experience. However, if you want the game to look its best at 1440p or higher, you’ll need a powerful (and likely expensive) computer.

The Must-Haves for everyone:

  • Memory: At least 16GB of RAM.

  • Storage: 150GB of free space on an SSD.

Console Performance

If you aren't a PC gamer, don't worry, the developers have optimized the game for consoles too. They’ve released target performance goals to ensure the game runs smoothly even during heavy combat.

Console players have plenty of options to customize their experience, though the results vary depending on which console is under your TV. With the exception of the budget-friendly Xbox Series S, most players can choose between three distinct modes: Performance, Balanced, and Quality.

Here is the breakdown of how the game will look and run when it launches on March 19, 2026:
