Bandai Namco Reveals Full Playable Gamescom 2026 Line-Up

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has announced its fully playable line-up for Gamescom 2026, bringing some of its biggest upcoming titles to the event.

Visitors attending the show will be able to experience the first public playable demos of ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE, DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 3, and The Blood of Dawnwalker at the Bandai Namco booth located in Hall 6.1, Booth A20/B021.

ACE COMBAT 8 Takes Flight at Gamescom

For the first time, attendees will be able to go hands-on with ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE, the latest entry in Bandai Namco’s long-running flight action series.

The game features a cinematic campaign where players take the role of an ace pilot fighting to protect their homeland. Developed by Bandai Namco Aces Inc., the title aims to deliver the most immersive and cinematic experience in the franchise yet.

ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE launches on October 2, 2026, for:

DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 3 Makes European Playable Debut

Fans will also get their first chance in Europe to play DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 3.

The upcoming action RPG expands the series with a new world and a fresh story experience, allowing players to create their own hero and become part of the DRAGON BALL universe.

The game combines:

  • Character customization.

  • RPG progression.

  • Fast-paced combat.

  • A new adventure featuring familiar and new characters.

Developed around a world inspired by the vision of original creator Akira Toriyama, DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 3 is scheduled to launch in 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

The Blood of Dawnwalker Gets First Public Playable Demo

Dark fantasy fans will also have the opportunity to experience The Blood of Dawnwalker for the first time through public playable sessions.

Developed by Rebel Wolves, the open-world action RPG is set in a 14th-century dark fantasy world where players take control of Coen, a young man transformed into a Dawnwalker who exists between humanity and the supernatural.

Players will decide Coen’s fate as they attempt to save his family from Brencis, a powerful vampire lord ruling over the land of Vale Sangora.

The game will explore themes of choice, survival, and the struggle between embracing darkness or holding onto humanity.

The Blood of Dawnwalker launches on September 3, 2026, for:

  • Xbox Series X|S

  • PC

Gamescom 2026 attendees can experience all three titles at Bandai Namco’s booth in Hall 6.1, Booth A20/B021.
